All data submitted to the AI assistant is processed in real-time and is not used for model training or stored beyond the duration required for processing.

We do not share personal data with third parties except:

• To enforce our terms of service.
• If necessary to prevent security threats or fraudulent activities.

Your data is primarily stored in Australia, but report processing occurs via OpenAI’s servers in the United States under strict data processing agreements.
